GE Current, a Daintree company, is certified through UL’s Data Acceptance Program (DAP) to perform IEC 62471 Photobiological Safety Tests. This adds to our already, industry leading, state of the art facilities that leverages +100 years of expertise!

1Modeling based on required 3 J/m2 UVC dosage to achieve a 1 log (90%) reduction of bacteriophage MS2; anticipated 1 log (90%) reduction of SARS-CoV-2 virus in < 3 hours and specific influenza strains in < 16 hours; future trials pending.

Current’s 365DisInFx™ LBU Series Recessed LED Luminaires offer a conventional look similar to the LBT Series, but with significantly more capability. In addition to delivering a smooth uniform lit appearance with LED technology, LBU series also provides Current’s 365DisInFx™ disinfection lighting technology in areas where both conventional light is needed and people are present. Lab and clinical testing has shown this product has the ability to significantly reduce HAI-causing pathogens including MRSA, bacteriophage MS2, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and auris.
